stupid headilght question. 99 taco

sorry to have to ask, but i dont have an owners manual.

how do i adjust the direction of my headlight beams? there seems to be two screws on each one, in opposite corners. are these what i should be messing with? info is appreciated

after extensive searching, ive found my manual but it says NOTHING to help me.

i tried messing with those screws but i cant make any progress..

The top screw, I believe, is to aim it up and down and the bottom screw is to aim it left and right. I can't really recall. It's been awhile since I've adjusted my headlights after my lift.

Ive noticed that the stock headlights on my truck really sucked...a lot!One of the biggest flaws of plastic headlights is they get sandblasted by road debris and start to appear sandblasted,thereby dimming the lights.Halogen bulbs helped me,but pointing is critical The humaniod is correct as to the use of the screws,either point the truck squarely at a wall ant attempt to adjust on your own,or (for a small fee) a body shop can point them for you using aiming equiptment
