Question How to remove Inner Cover

I have a '93 Toyota P/U and I need to remove the inner cover on the doors that are on the front end of the window, some mirrors attach there. mine does not have the mirrors attached there, they are mounted to the door itself. this cover is the shape of a boat sail, or a D. I want to remove it with out breaking it. can someone Help?

you can see it here

There's a sort of a clip attached to the cover itself at the bottom, or the base (if you think about it as a triangle). When installing it, the bottom goes in first. There is also a ring of foam/weatherstrip attached to the inside of the cover. Whether or not that is advhesive to the door, I'm not sure.

I would gently and slowly pry it out from the top. You may have to work a puttyknife in there to separate the foam from the door, if in fact it is adhesive.
