2nd Generation whats a good lift

alright tranny work is done and working well new tires and rims are on and looking real good time for a lift im looking into a 4ince for my 90 4runner was wondering what some others might suggest what company do you guys like and or use im looking for one that will allow me to get the most flex and tire travel on the ifs and maybe one that will let me add to it maybe as i see fit

I would recommend a 4" pro comp lift. Thats what I bought.

so outa all the people that have read this post and the few that have replied the pro comp lift is the best theres got be someone who thinks other wise

I got the procomp 4" lift also.

thanks for the replys guys thats the lift i may be getting have any of you heard of a lift by jack it there prices arent bad was wondering if it was a good lift let me know if its worth it or not thanks again

00yoda... you seem to be forgetting that he's lookin for a suspension lift for a 90.. not a 95 to present. useful link to those driving 3rd gen trucks though.

ive got a pro comp too and it has done me well the only complaint i have is it is a lil stiff if it was a little bit softer i would get more flex out of it.. but overall i like pro comp lifts they are resonable and they get the job done.

thanks for the replies about that pro comp and it being alittle stiff does anyone have a 4runner with a lift and do you know how well it will work with 33 12.50s i feel like mayb 4 isnt enough cause now with the 33s i have alittle rub when turning so if i get 4 inches and i get some flex will i still run into that problem with the rub and how stable is a 4runner with 4 or more inches with a lift i feal a bit uncomfortable now sitting up as high as i do with the torsionbars tightend and the taller tires before i ran 31 10.50s and felt safe going offroad but in the same spots i feal as if it maybe alittle more top heavy any advice?
