Question Mud Flap Problems

I purchased my truck about a year ago, and I have saved up enough money now to start doing things with it. One thing that has bugged me since I bought is that it is missing the driver's side rear mud flap. I have managed to get the flap and the bracket but there is one part up inside the body that is missing. Its that little shield that is right behind the wheel well that is kind of ridged. Toyota says that it costs $120 and that is way to much for a little hunk of metal. I got volumes 1 and 2 of the factory service guide with the truck, but I don't have volume 3 which contains all of the stuff about the body. All that I have to show what this piece looks like is something the guy at the dealership printed out for me. It appears that the part is 57034B. The thing is I don't have the tools or expertise to make it. I was wondering if there was a place that sells aftermarket parts that might have this in stock. A lot of Toyota trucks I see are missing mud flaps. I hope that this is a common enough problem that people are selling parts for it. If any of you have volume 3 of the factory service manual and could scan the part with wheel well assembly and post it that would be great.
Thanks
Matt

u might wanna try a junk yard. goin there to check out the part, getting a part, and seeing how it fits on and how you get it off. that has always helped me in the past with stuff.

I'll check with some local junkyards, but I want to know if any of you have lost a mudflap. My uncle, who I bought the truck from, says he thinks he got it caught on something which off roading and it got bent against the tire so he just bent it straight off. Either that or someone stole it. He doesn't remember to well and each time I ask him I get a different story.
