Question fouling my plugs

i have a 93 pick-up. it idles very rough after 2 days it will foul the plugs.

what ive done
changed the ignighter
the plugs
the wires
cap & rotor
and o the plugs

it is getting spark to all 4 plugs.
i pulled the wires while the truck was running and they all seem to work evenly
on idle it sounds like crap and while i rev it up it smoothen out a bit but when i stop at whatever rpm i stop at it will start again.
i took the maf out and at idle there was bearly any change and when i rev it it will miss realy bad then cut off.
before she got sick i would take the maf off and it would cut off.
im thinking its some time of fule control it is obviously runnig too rich but what could be cousing it, what could it be please help.

just spray it down good with brake clean, don't be scared to move the flap, just make sure the ignition is off or you'll have the fuel pump running.
