Question Cam Duration

Hey all i want all your opinions again im planning on gettin a cam for my 22R-E. I was wondering what is a good cam duration for the 22R-E. Im thinkin of gettin either a EFI Pro Cam or a Mild Street Cam from LC Engineering. If you have anythin related or just wanna voice your opinion fire away
