Clutch disengagement problem '92 truck

I own a '92 2WD 4 cylinder 22RE truck.

And it won't start or shift. Unless I get under it and manually help the slave disengage myself, while someone else depresses the clutch. But even if I start it that way, I still am not able to shift it. (I can only shift when the vehicle is turned off)

I've replaced the master & slave cylinders. While also bleeding the lines. Where can I go from there?

One mechanic I called said the synchronization could be bad. How do I check that?

Any feedback would be appreciated..

Husker: Sometimes the clutch pedal mount under the dash cracks and bends. Examine the whole assembly including the pivot area. I would also check the hydraulic lines and flex hose to be sure they are sound, then bleed the system again very carefully. Those can be difficult to get all the air out of them. It's frustrating but, you're on the right track. Keep after it.
Re. "synchronization", your mechanic may be refering to the synchro rings in the transmission which can only be changed by disassembling the transmission. I doubt if that is your problem though. Good luck.

clutch cancel is that rectangle button just to the left of the steering collum, it says "clutch start cancel" just make sure you're not in gear when you start it.

turn your key on, push button, start.
