Lifting Troubles HELP!

Alright, i need some serious help.. I'm halfway through taking my cab off the frame and i can't get the 2 mount bolts out from under the dash and it's drivin me nuts.. is there something i should know about these bolts and why they're so stubborn????

I assume you tried spraying deep penetrationg oil for several hours,if not try below in the following order:

1)PB Blaster
2)Liquid Wrench
3)Kroil Oil
4)Aero Kroil & Sili Kroil
5)Toyota Rust Penetrant or High Performance Penetrating lube
6)Rust Check

It literally took puting a hydraulic jack under the bolt and forcing it up through the floor with the weight of the truck. Damn rust in NS! Now I'm waiting for the rain to let up so i can finish it off. It's lookin nice though
