dashboard peeling up, what to do?

I have my dashboard coming up behind the instrument panel. The dash goes torard the windshield and then is supposed to tuck under the plastic piece that actually touches the windshield but it is coming up there (about 18 inches worth). You can't see it from the driver seat but it is visible if I stand in front of my truck and look into the windshield.

Does anybody know what adhesive to use to stick it back down? or what kind of place to take it to to be fixed?
