Red face Locked the keys in my truck

I feel like the biggest dumba** but I magically locked the keys in my truck today at school and I don't want to have someone bring in the spares... I need to know if there's a easy route into my truck without the keys. Suggesting PM just to save the cops some trouble out there. Thanks a lot for any help.

if you have access to a flat blade screwdriver you can pull the back window out. You can get the screwdriver under the rubber seal and window frame then pry it out, shouldnt take you but a minute or two to get it out. Putting it back in is pretty easy if you ahve someone else to help you. jsut take some rope that will fit in the groove around the entire window, wrap the rope around the window with it ending at the top part of the window. SPray the whole thing down with some silicon spray or lithium grease overlap the rope set it in the hole for the window bottom first then pull the window in. It is not nearly as hard as it sounds I used to do it all the time when [eople wanted the rear sliding window at the dealership i worked at.can have it done it about 15-20 minutes from start to finish.

Um, if you have a slider rear window it's cake. Just take a credit card of your choice (or a drivers lisence, school ID, whatever) and slip it in between the slider window and the ruber on the opposite one. All you do is push, pop the latch and get in that way. I suggest doing this when nobody is looking though to save further hassle in the future!

I got in my celica with a rock once. I just popped out the rear quarter window. It was cheaper than a locksmith 15 bucks from a junkyard for the window!!

I keep a spare key screwed in behind my license plate. It is easy to find a screwdriver (or a penny) to get it.
Or you could just use a ROCK!

Lol, well trust me, after about 30 mins of pondering the rock seemed like the likely choice :P but lucky for me i was able to wedge something in the sunroof and then hook the keys out through it with a bent up clothes hanger, THAT WILL TEACH ME!

For years I have carried my spare key in my billfold. If the key is too long, it is easy to cut off some of the handle end. It still works in an emergency.
