3SFE Engine being Turboed!

I have a 1997 Toyota Rav4 with the 3SFE engine, I just ordered the turbo, it's a Rebuilt Garrett T3 water and oil cooled with the manifold, oil intake line with oil return line, exhaust downpipe, internal wastegate, bolts and seals, heres the photo..

Now I've made a list here, just if anyone help me out on what i'm missing..

Intercooler
Downpiping
Gauges (Water/Air Temp., Boost..can't remember the rest)
Boost Controller
Boost Timer
Blow-Off Valve

that's all I have..

cool where did you get it from?

How about a copper/steel head gasket? Well worth the investment if you ask me.

I'm not sure but isn't that a waste gate on the turbo assembly, I think that does the same thing as the BOV.

Also how will you be managing the extra fuel needed during boost?
It's been a while but I remember I had a HKS AIC (additional injector controller) in my Cabriolet.

I noticed, people said to get parts for the engine, i.e. Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pumps, anyone have more suggestions about what else I need before installin' all this stuff?
