2nd Generation Wet Weather?

Ok, this morning I went out to start my blessid truck and the damn thing would turn over fine, but wouldn't start for the life of it, I can hear the circuit relay kick in but is there a fuse I might be missing for the fuelpump? Should I blame it on wet wiring? Yesterday the truck started fine with no problems and I drove it all day without any signs of this happening. I'm kinda rushed this morning so I didn't get a good chance to look about, just looking for some heads up before I get home and I'll take a better look at it. Thanks for any help.

Wild guess is the HV coil cable either on the ignitor/coil end or on the distributor cap is wet if not pull the ECU codes.

About half of the ECU codes stored on the first & second generation EFI Toyotas don't show a constant blinking check engine light therefore you must pull the ECU codes and auto tranny computer codes to see if a fault is registered.
To pull the ECU codes:

All 1980-1995 and including 1995 EFI equipped vehicle allow you to find engine and related faults by pulling the ECU (computer) codes without the need for a handheld OBDII diagnosis scanner, the sites listed below have the fault codes needed to pull the codes and the instructions on how to do it:

Pulling the ECU codes is the first thing I do to diagnosis a problem thereafter I reset the ECU to see if the same problems show up and if so I then take voltage measurements both with the engine running and not and compare with the factory service manual,I also close the ignition switch after a cold engine and also after a warm engine and compare them with the factory service manual. This technique will completely isolate your problem without having to do trial and error and it is the technique I use when repairing tv's,vcr's,home/car audio.

wet wires

if you think the electrical system got wet, try popping the distributer cap and spraying wd-40 in it. also, just letting it sit in a relatively dry place helps. just check your ecu, fuses, and distributer for water.

well yeah it wasn't starting due to a gummed up coil wire on the cap end. but then i ran into further troubles.. and it turned out to be a bad positive battery terminal, cause my starter was clickin' and in wouldn't turn.. but i temporarily fixed it until i can make it in to pick up a couple of new terminals. While I'm at it i'm going to ground the engine better and possibly run another ground to the chassis. Any suggestions?

It seems to turn over fine but it's spittin and sputtering and it wouldn't run?? I'm going to check it when I get home for spark so I'll keep this updated.. any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well it turns out it was a broken connection at the fuel pump. So I took the box off and wired it straight and sealed of the hole around the wire... i shouldn't break again.
