Question ?? About removing emission lines 3VZE

LOOKING FOR ADVICE!!

I want to remove as many vacume lines I can from my 3VZE engine. Are all those hoses nessary? I would like to bypass as many emmision componets I can and still keep up the reliablity of my 'Yota

Last year I installed the Downey headers and exaust system minus the CAT; Also I had to install a new EGR and O2 from the dealer (they had the cheapest $$).

I am haveing some problems with the part that is downstream from the EGR valve second pipe on the passenger side header (what is that thing called, it goes to a rats nest of VAC lines?) The fitting keeps coming loose and well, the last tank of gas I got 132 miles and lost some power. . Also my truck seems to be stuck in cold start mode, she idles between 1k-12krpm

On a side note, I have a K&N Filtercharger installed (resonator removed). Could the missing resonator be causing some problems too?

PS: Anyone have a link to a PDF file FSM for the '90 Toyota DLX 3.0l Pickup?
