Over 100K miles Tacoma -- Is Maintenance a Problem?

Tacoma owners out there - Have you experience maintenance issues in your trucks over 100k miles? If so, how expensive are the repairs?

The only used Tacoma's in my price range are over 100k which is probably because they're no longer under the Toyota drivetrain warrantly. So, i'm now weighing the lower purchase cost with the possible maintenace costs of a truck with higher mileage. I'll probably put another 50k on the truck i buy before I sell it and I can't afford to have break downs.

Hello!!! Well, my taco has 133,000 miles on it and the only thing not standerd (brakes, shocks, ect.) that I have had to replace is a universal joint that cost me less than 20bucks and half of a day. So far so good and honestly I beat the living crap out of it every day!

Just follow the maintenance schedule and you should be golden for another 200K!
