Horn issues

my 85 toyota pickup's horn is not working. The funny thing is, is when the music is playing and im crusing it will work...sometimes. Other than that it wont work.

I had the steering wheel of my daughter's '87 when the horn was not working and found the spring-loaded contact was not contacting the ring on the wheel. A fired .22 cartridge case, trimmed to length, slipped over the contact and fixed the problem.
