2nd Generation suspension questions

gota few more questions to run past ya im not sure if any of this comes with the lift but if it doesnt do i really need it?
1. panhard lift bracket
2. lower control arm thats made one inch longer than stock which it says will move the axle back so that in lifted applications the axle is centered in the wheel opening.
3. wheel spacers- was wondering if anyone has used them and does it help while offroad seems like it would but by giving you a wider stance and that sounds good so if ya have any im put let me know.
thanks for any help have a good one
