Lighten up, life is not that bad. If you can't take a little criticizism (?), your road will be long and your mpg will be low.
Good luck and build your "4RUNNER THE WAY I WANT IT AND THE WAY I THINK IT SHOULD BE".

No one said don't go with a sas they said try a ifs first. Why waste the money on a sas if you REALLY don't need it. Solid axles are better if you get rid of the birfields. Birfields are just as week as the cv axles. The sas will give more flex and is cheaper to lift after the swap, but disadvantages are the diff. gets caught on everything. If you do a 4" lift on both and put 33s on the ifs will have a higher ground clearance in the front because the spindles push the tires down and leaf springs will push the whole axle 4" lower. Usually u can run taller tires with the sa though. And i do know that the ifs does come with diff drop brackets to keep cv axle angles the same but the kits i have seen did not use 4" drop brackets.
But who really cares anyway just tried to help you.
SO JUST SHUT THE F*** UP AND BYE!!!!!!!!!!!
There's a couple of knuckleheads on every forum, ya just gotta ignore them. If you're getting emails you don't want, list that sender as a spammer in your email program or something. You should be able to block them, one way or another.
