new fenders and I'm pissed

I got my brand new fenders last night from JC Whitney.
Well they were wrapped in cardboard not shipped in a box. Suspicious of the packing method I inspected what I could without opening it. Well the first fender had a small crease on the back part about 6 inches up. The second was in worse shape being bent with a very noticable crease. I called to bitch and told them that I don't want to deal with them if they are going to ship another set the same way. I was told to call when I ship them back and leave instructions to box them. Lets see what happens.

I hate is when they do stuff like that.

The last fenders I orderedI got at the dealership (aftermarket) and they had no wraping on them and there were a few small dings.

If it makes you feel any better(it probably doesn't) the last thing I ordered from JCW was some mirrors for my old F250. I put the mirros behind the seat awaiting install. Bought a new car kinda unexpectedly and while the truck was parked at the dealership waiting for me to pick it up it got broken into and they stole everything not bolted down(2 mirrors, new oil pump, tools, cases for holding all thelittle things, ect) but they left my loosley installed sony detachable face tape deck and brand new speakers in the doors. I had posesion of the mirrors for about 2 weeks. Never reordered and got a junk yard one because I had to for inspection.
