Failing Release Bearing?
I have a '98 Tacoma with the V6 and Manual transmission. It's the 4x4 SR5. I noticed when I bought the truck a couple weeks ago that whenever i drive somewhat agressively, and rev the engine fairly high before shifting to the next gear (around 3700 RPM and Up) I get a vibration in my clutch pedal. Anything under that, the shifts are clean, and vibration free. Could the release bearing in the clutch assembly be failing? Maybe it doesn't like high speeds anymore? Any tips? Thanks!
