Will the haeaders work with stock and aftermarket exhaust?
Now with all that i will have almost nothing left(in money trems). But I need to get more feul into the ingine to mix with that air. So what are some suggestion with more feul input for very cheap. Like how much is it to have ur car chipped.

As for air intake, do the "ram air" system I made. If you take your grill off you'll see how it helps, and I'll have pictures posted in a minute.
Edit: Cant find the pictures on my drive, and sense I would have to get them off my camera anyway, I'll just take more detailed pictures tomorrow.
For exhust, assuming you have a 22r, I've found that they dont have alot of back pressure as it is. A good pair of headers, stock catalytic converter, and a cheap $20 flowtech "redhots" glasspack does a perfect job.

Forget about JC Witney, look at Performance Products. They have a lot of Toyota performnace parts.
I know they have headers and peformance exhaust for your truck.
Id start with a full tune-up (spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor). Make sure its at least running strong and running right before you mess with it.
Id then start with a cold air intake, get it chipped, headers and peformance exhaust.
Id avoid glasspacks, go with a Flowmaster.

What is chipped? What headers? What spark plugs? What wires? What cap and Rotor? Links and prices please.
So all i need is new headers and muffler i dont need a full exhaust?
Think of your engine like an air pump. The quicker you can get the air/fuel mixture in and get the exhaust out, the more power it will make.
Id start with opening up the airbox. The best thing in my opinion would be a cold air intake (K&N FIPK). Then, you need to change the computer chip so that the engine gets more fuel to take advantage of the added flow.
You then need freer-flowing exhaust to get the exhaust gasses out quicker (free-flowing cat, performance muffler).

You dont need special spark plugs, wires, cap or rotor. Just make sure the once you have are in good working order.
As for the headers and other go-fast goodies, try this: www.performanceproducts.com

engine breathing is a must, I would go with cold air intake and cat back exhaust, first a good tune up i.e plugs, wires, rotor and cap. Then look into ignition upgrades. Like Captain Toyota said Performance Products .com is a good start. They are kinda pricey in some departments. I go to google.com and do a search, starting with your year and make of vehicle and then type in the part you are looking for....it is a big savings for someone on a budget, do your homework...
I started my 94 4runner with a K&N FIPK cold air intake. Then went to a Jaredine Cat back exhaust, big diffrence for my 3.0 V6. I through in some Iridium spark plugs ( pricey but I noticed a diffrence from my platinium plugs.) I also installed a MSD 6A ignition system with a Blaster coil on the way and 8mm MSD plug wires. All my upgrades made good results, I also got rid of my catylitic converter for a free flow converter I got on ebay for a good price.
Good Luck with your truck and I hope this helps.
All this helps. But it also confuses me a lot to this is my first truck that i have ever delt with. I am only 15 but i have read about cars and messed with my moms. I will addmit that i no nothing about my truck seeing as i got it monday. Heres what i want.
Headers.
Exhaust.
Cold air.
More fuel input.
If some one could make a list of links for that stuff i would greatly appreciate it.
My buget= around 700 bux
The spark plugs and wires i can take care of at a local store.
I would do this myself but i have been lookin for 3 days and i am still so confused.
Heres what i know about my truck.

Dude 15 years is the perfect time to start learning about your Yota, I did not start till I was on my own. What helped me is to purchase a Haynes manual that covers that year of truck. As stated before go to Performanceproducts.com and they will send you a free catalog for Toyota truck performance bolt ons and more. Second check ebay for some of the performance mods you are looking for ( ebay.com) and search in the parts and accesorries and in the search block just type in your year, make, and engine or what certain product you are looking for....Again take your time and do your homework and search around the web for your "how to answers"
Also go through these emails(threads) from other people and look at the links they leave behind. Captain Toyota and a few others who are always leaving good feedback have links listed in the threads. Hope this helps.......

Hey, dont worry about it. Not a single person here was born with expert knowledge of Toyotas. We all have spent time on forums, websites and working on our own vehicles.
There are many websites and search engines where you can learn a lot. I used to spend a lot of time on www.off-road.com/toyota
That site is purly about modding trucks for rock crawling/mud bogging but it has a lot of detailed info about older Toyotas and you can learn a lot from the tech articles on that site.
Back when I was in highschool and I was driving an '85 4Runner SR5, I spent a lot of time on that site's forum and I learned a lot from that.
You might also want to buy a service manual. Read that book and commit the contents to your memory. The more you know how your vehicles works, the easier it will be to know how to make it run better and then when you break something on it, you will be able to fix it.
