HP question???????

I have 200 dollars to spend on some more horsepower.

Option 1.
New exhaust system
Option 2.
hedders, and a muffler
Option 3.
Hedders, and a cat. converter

Which group will give more hp. OR is there another way to get good HP in my price range.
85 p/u 4x4 EFI SR5 3 in lift 30in tires...and i already got new wires so.... IS there any diff. Between an 85 and 88 exhaust system? I can only find ones for 86+, or 88+

Id go with a performance exhaust system.
Headers and a free-flow cat wont do much if you dont open up the exhaust to let the engine flow more.
