don't know what the first one is, but for 25 bux, not much, probably changes the IAT signal or slightly fudges the airflow voltage for a smidge more fuel.
The second one is just the IAT mod, done up in a pretty box. Search here or on yotatech, or 4x4wire for IAT mod and make one yourself for less. It essentially tells the computer that the air is colder than it really is, and lets the computer add more fuel which slightly enrichens the mixture. Hardly replaces an aftermarket ecu in performance, that's for sure.
