Lose reliabilty with Upgrades

I have a 94 Toyota Pick up with the 22re. It is a daily driver and often pulls a small motorcycle trailer. I am looking for more power since the truck is a dog on the high way with or with out the trailer. I already have a K&N intake. I have to a do a head gasket on the truck and I am planning on doing ARP Head studs, complete exhaust and cam from NWOR (Northwest Off Road Specialties), Send out fuel injectors to RC engineering for rebuilding, DOA Timing chain set, LC Engineering Rocker Arm assembly, new 3 row radiator, water pump, and black magic fan. How will these upgrades affect my Gas mileage and reliability? Am I missing any other upgrades? Any other recommendations? With these upgrades do I have issues with the stock computer or will it re-learn and adjust accordingly to all of the new stuff. Am I better off doing just new chip in the computer or a Venom 400 controller? Any one have any experience with the Venom 400 controller?

Thanks Guys,

Jay
