Older Toyota Truck Pricing

Hey folks, did a search but didn't find the info that I was looking for. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find accurate pricing for older Toyota pickups? Most specifically, I have found a 1993 Toyota 4WD, 4 cyl, 5 sp, Standard Cad, Short WB, w/164,000 miles. The guy is asking $5000 for this truck and I'm not sure if it's worth it. He absolutely will not budge from this price. The body is in excellent shape for a 12 year old vehicle. It has some minor scratches and one small dent on the passenger side of the bed. The interior is in suprisingly good shape, but a little dirty. It has no rips or tears on the seat but the carpet has one spot on the passenger side that is worn somewhat, but it's no bigger that a 50 cent piece. There are no indications of severe off roading and mechanically it seems sound. Kelly Blue Book's website states that the private party sale for a vehicle in this condition should be $3200.

Is this truck worth more???

I've been looking for a while and these early 90 models seem hard to find.

What do you guys think?

I'm not sure how it is in the US but I just bought a '90 Toyota 4x4 22RE xtracab for CAD3000$. I had the following to do:

-Replace front driver side fender due to rust (It was included with the truck)
-Replace rear driver side box panel due to rust (The most expensive cause I'm no welder)
-Change headgasket since the oil was leaking in the prestone
-Recalibrate valves
-Minor handbrake fix
-Minor speedometer fix

it depends on what else he did to the truck? Did he recently do work to the engine, body, suspension, brakes, etc. If he did he can raise the price to make profit. i had the same issue with a guy here, and he wants 7400US for a 94, good body, int. and bald tires, with over 100,000miles so i just think some people are jackasses
