HELP: tell me what your remote reads

i've purchased a remote on ebay for my highlander 2001

but after following the instructions on the TSB 11 times it still doesn't work. so i opened it up, and i found out that it has three buttons on the front face of the circuit board, although the casing only has two. it has the following code imprinted on the circuit board: 151251-1021-3

I am wondering here if the remote the guy who sold me this did some funny stuff with this remote. Maybe what i have is this one:

Which is HYQ12BAN but does not work for the highlander. My question is could someone please look inside their HYQ12BAN remote that has two buttons on the front and tell me if it has three buttons inside, and what is the code on the circuit board?
