You definetly blew your headgasket usually due to either a stuck closed stat or using aftermarket green Prestone or similar radiator coolant anti-freeze which is high in silicates that commonly promotes corrosion buildup in the tiny water bypass ports/jackets in the aluminum cylinder head and thereby blowing the head gasket more than likely around cylinder # 1 & 4.
You need to resurface your cylinder head as more than likely it's warped which can be verified by setting it on a flat kitchen top counter then you would have to advance your engine base timing by 1 degree to compensate for every 1/1000" th (of an inch) of resurfacing I believe.
To verify my claims do a leak down test and a fluid analysis kit which is available at any Caterpillar dealer around the world or at your local heavy duty mechanic shops that commonly repair bulldozers, backhoes, big rigs and the like.
I would suggest that you quickly drain your old oil before the coolant DESTROYS YOUR CRANKSHAFT BEARINGS thereby making one of the most reliable engines ever made become useless.
