Broken tailgate handle

Anyone know how difficult it is to install one of these? What tools would I need? They say "Easy installation" but after examining the tailgate, I'm not sure how to get it off. Mine cracked and snapped on my 92 DLX and I can no longer open the tailgate.

Screwdriver and 10mm socket or wrench.

theres an access panel on the backside of the tailgate. Its a plate held on by about 8 screws, take that plate off and there will be bolts or screws holding the handle in from the back side.

Sweet. Thank you both. I have a bed liner so at first I couldn't see the access panel.
