Biggest tires a stock clutch can handle?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and Toyota's, but not to off-roading. My buddy just picked up a 1985 Toyota pickup that has a 4 inch lift on it and everything is stock in the drivetrain. It has 35" tires on it right now but it needs new ones. He was wondering what the biggest tires his stock clutch could handle? He has a 22R, 5 speed, and 4.10 gears. Also, when it is time to replace the clutch, what is the best brand to get for trailriding? I was told the Centerforce was the best for off road use. Thanks

Needs more gear! Those trucks came with a 29" tire and 4.10 gear. I'm thinking a 5.13 would be about right. I had 5.71's with a set of 33 12.50's and a stock clutch was fine. Launched hard.
