Unless you do serious off-roading, Id go with the sport package. The TRD Off-Road Package is just that, an off-road package. It comes with features that are made more for someone who will take their rock crawling and slow-speed crawling up slickrock.
The Sport Package is more for someone who will use their truck mostly on-road but who occasionally uses 4x4 features. Thats why it has the limited-slip diff instead of the push-button locker.
Also, the TRD Off-Road Package comes with shocks that are valved for off-road, so they have a much stiffer ride. The Sport Package has shocks that are valved more for on-road performance, so they ride a little bit smoother.
