touch the clutch and squeal

Hey,
Just picked up an 86 pickup a few weeks ago for 500$.....couldnt pass it up. Anyways, the guy said his friend did a clutch swap for him, so the clutch was supposed to be good. I was jumping the truck one night at my dads machine sho, and all was fine. The next morning however, if I would touch the clutch pedal at all, it would squeal like a pig. I found though that after 2500rpm's it wouldnt squeal. Today I was goign to pick up some spare tires for my mr2 for sundays drift event and well, the clutch decided to stop working, but still does the squeal deal. I found though that if I turn the truck off, the clutch will still kind of do something, but smells like its burning the crap out of the clutch. I got home, checekd the master and slave cyllinders to eliminate them as possibilites. Both are working fine. We bleed the clutch just to make sure that wasnt an issue of it not fully engaging.......still no soap. I got a new master cylinder on the way, but before I go pullin the trans and getting a new clutch kit, I just want to make sure that that is most likely the issue with the truck. Any input? Thanks

Andrew

found out what happend......looks like the TO bearing seized. Then somethnign with the lil hub that goes in the TO bearing broke a tab off, this then broke off some tabs from the clutch.....all the metal on metal caused the squeals.
