Radio wiring problems

Hi all,

The charge light started blinking the other day. If the charge light is on the radio works, if it goes off the radio turns off. When the light comes backon the radio resumes where it left off 'on and at the same station'. I have replace the alternator and the battery. I've checked the fuses (but may have missed one hiding someplace). Is something backfeeding? This is a 1993 22RE Truck.

I haven't updated or changed anything recently.

Any suggestions as to where to look would be helpful.
