2001 4-runner vsc/off vsctrac lights from hell

I purchased a used 2001 toyota 4-runner SR5 in summer of 2003. Recently I
have been priveledged with the never leaving idiot lights;
1.vsc/off
2.vsc/trac
3.and last but not least the CHECK ENGINE.

I had a new fuel filter,an air filter,all new spark plugs,aired the tires to the
appropriate pressure,and had it alligned. They reset the codes 3 times, but
they still shine bright everyday. I also seem to have a prob with excelleration
