Flapping noise in front end

I just purchased a new 2005 Tacoma 2wd Double Cab long bed. As I began to drive on the expressway, there was a distinct "flapping" noise from the front right end. I immediately took the truck back to the service department and they were looking at some rubber like flaps in the wheel well between the tire and the engine. These flaps are held on by plastic clips.


Question: Has anyone else had this road noise problem? And If so, how was it solved.

Had same problem after I got some front end damaged fixed. The body shop forgot to install one of the clips. Just used a ziptie to fix that up. As good as new!
