4 wd 1986 lack of power

I have 86 toyota 4 wd I did the tune up myself by replacing the plug,air filter check the ignition timing and replace the pvc and fuel filter but It still seem to lack inpower wonder what happened here The idle speed is around 600 rpm and the dwell angle is 12 degree
I am planning to check the EGR maybe? Please Help thanks

"dwell angle"??? Your engine has electronic ignition. Dwell is a reference to contact point adjustment. Initial timing should be set with the vacuum advance plugged. Are you sure of your adjustments?

make sure your mass air flow sensor is connected all of the way, and your air box lid. i have an idle adjustment screw right by my throttle body that if you turn it it changes the rpms

Sorry it should be BTDC angle and not dwell angle

Is your engine a 22R or 22RE? The air flow sensor is part of the fuel injection system, which the 22R does not have.
