Canada Tire Size help

Im looking to put the biggest set of tires on my truck without having to do many adjustments. Its a 4x4 1990 extended cab with 22re engine 5 speed. On that note though, what is involved in doing a lift kit body or suspension and rough costs and labor time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in the process right now of fixing all the rot that my toyo has. This includes doors, rockers, fenders and two spots on the bed sides. Let me know. Also how do I post images here???

Thanks for the replies. Gonna go with 31 for now I think and finish the body with some very nice bumpers and rock guards. Anybody got any pics of nice bumpers or any plans they could share for making them up?????????
