However, if this happens to be the case, you may actually be able to purchase a new, genuine Toyota frame. A couple of weeks ago I was going through my Toyota microfiche part # set (1984-1988) and came across the part # for the frame. For shits and giggles, I entered the part number at 1sttoyotaparts.com and not only did it show it's available, but in stock If this is the case, everybody needs to stop scrapping these vehicles (1984-1995) due to frame rot!!!! To me, it's worth $950 to purchase a brand new frame than spending thousands on a new truck which are completely inferior to the older models.
