Aftermarket thingies for my RAV...

Hey there folks!

Just wondering if anyone knew if there is anywhere in the Calgary region, or even mail order where I could persue some parts for my 1999 rav4 like the factory fender trim / side step bars and rear bumper bar etc??? I may also need a factory roof rack as aftermarket racks make noise and do not attach to the car in a clean "flush" factory fit....

Also, anyone have any ideas on the following - I need to cram a paper between the dash and the window in front of the steering wheel to stop a rattle on cold days (yes, August and it is cold in Calgary.... ). Goes away with paper shoved down there but it is driving me mad!!!!!
