Well this is my first post here, just want to say hi to everybody and tell you a little about my truck.
I bought a White Tacoma four door, Prerunner with the TRD package. It has the Charcoal/grey interior, fog lights, JBL six disc system.
This is my first toyota! After having a Ford Ranger (which was a good, dependable little truck) and a Ford SportTrac (which was poorly designed and built, but....Did Save My Life last year in a car accident). I wanted something that would be utterly reliable and dependable if I did my part ie take care of it so it can take care of me.
Which is why I went with Toyota.
But I have one little problem with the truck and would like some insight. While driving the truck I notice some pretty bad vibrations through the steering wheel. Keep in mind as I type this it hasn't been a week since I drove it off the dealers lot. I believe the tires need to be balanced and rotated, but not sure what the problem is??
I have noticed the ride is a little bumpy sometimes too even when driving down the road or interstate. I'm leaning and hoping that the wheels just need to the be properly balanced and rotated?
Any thoughts guys?
