Exhaust leak?

i have an exhaust leak and it started from when i replaced everything from the manifold back. it is on a 94 p/u 2wd 22re. it is leaking from the flange to the first pipe after the manifold. i was wondering if anyone knew of anything that would make it stop and/or be a better fit. the thing is i grinded down the pipe past the flange when i put it up and that made it better originally but i was thinking drop it down grind it down some more and new gaskets and some red rtv. any other ideas would be a big help. thanks.

Stop grinding! If you cant get it to seal up with one gasket...try using 2 gaskets. That may fill in a void if you have one. Red RTV will eventually blow out so thats a waste of time. Doubling up on your gaskets may just fix it.
