front end squeak

I have a problem with my front end on a 92 pickup 4x4 sqeaking and sometimes a loud clunk noise coming from the front of my truck only when i turn right and hit bumps in the road i just changed my brakes, rotors, and shocks. if anyone can give me an idea of what this might be and how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Go to your local Toyota dealerand order 4 new bump stop plastic bits, then jack up your truck and remove the front wheel(one at a time OK), pry off the old ones with a screwdriver and pop the new ones on, then just put a dab of grease on them....the harsh grain/clunck should be gone and it shouldn't cost more than $20 bucks or so.....

For a temporary fix you could also just put a dab of grease on them to quiet them down until you get the new ones on.
