What's the best stuff to use for the manual transmissions? My truck is a 91 with about 350,000 kilometers on the truck. Is it Red Line? Which type?

If you choose to go with GL-5, make sure it is compatible with yellow metals, your syncros. Apparently some GL-5 lubes are corrosive to copper and brass. GL-4 is supposed to be safe.
