Turbo from an 87 to a 97 taco?

Is this possible? Can a turbo from an 85 to 87 pickup work (with modification of course) with a 97 taco? I figure finding a new exhaust manifold will probably be a must, but maybe it'd work? Anybody ever done this? Anybody have a used supercharger for sale?
Thanks!
Ben

Oh yeah, I found this company online selling a so called electric supercharger. It looks pretty cheezy. Here's their website: http://www.esuperchargers.com/ Has anybody ever tried this stuff? I have some tremedous doubts about it......

It would be pointless....but you could make something work.

Why would it be pointless? Not enough boost or what? Oh yeah, electric ones are crap... no more need to learn about that stuff.
