Third Fill up. 92 Octane Premium used. Total Miles on car 1150. Mileage on last tank, 25.8 mpg computer, 25.68 mpg calculated. 70% city driving, 30% Highway. Now that it's over 1000 miles, I'm really starting to drive it like I stole it. The mileage is still really good. The next tank I'm going to go back to 87 octane regular and see what happens to the mileage and power.
This car is surprisingly quick. I had a chance on the freeway today to floor it when traveling about 65 mph. It quickly downshifted a couple of gears and really pasted me back in my seat. The engine is so quiet when doing this that it is rather disconcerting - all you feel is the acceleration. Needless to say I was at 110 very quickly, and the car was smooth and quiet at this speed. Very very impressive. On top of that, this car is giving me similar mileage to the 2005 LE 4cyl that I owned last year.
