Show you pictures of your game from this fall............with your truck if possible.
Here is my best Whitetail ever......Taken Nov 27th on the Canadian prairie.......... 350 yard shot (with my trusty old Rem BDL '06....Hornady 165 light Mags) on the open prairie , very windy, snowy conditions....
4000 Km trip........... truck performed nicely all the way.......lots of slippery 4x4 conditions! (-12 to -26 degrees....brrrr) Even the Rugged trail tires worked fine.....ugged
Now that`s timing
I just dropped 4 buck sausage patties in the skillet for a late Sunday brunch
That`s a nice buck. Absolute dandy. You going to get him mounted?
nice color truck too
Just the way I like to see the Canadian prarie in November, frozen and covered with snow
Thanks for sending us the birds
I live to hunt so the Tacoma 4wd suits my lifestyle perfectly
Got my best blacktail ever this Nov. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t164775.html
He`s the eighth buck I`ve had in my truck so far it`s on track to be the best hunting truck ever. Everyone wants to be in the buckmobile when we hunt.
Sorry for causing shit, not trying to.............. but Hunting is FUCKED UP!
Go out and take up some sports or hobbies with some opponents that can actually fight back!
Peace!! .........and happy hunting.
Hahahaha, that was a good one... but if you're serious, keep your friggin opinions in your ignorant head. I get sick of people thinking that it's worse to hunt and eat animals that are wild, but OK for you to eat a cow that was bread for it... it's all fine. that's why we're at the top of the food chain. Go join PETA.

I got a doe with my bow but didn't snap any pics of her. I'm holding out for a late season buck, taking the 1st week of January off and will be hunting pretty much non-stop that entire week. Here is a decent 7 point my buddy shot with his bow:

You guys do make valid points about hunting. While the end result is the same, we eat killed animals, I think the objection is the fact that he does the killing. While it shouldnt matter because both involve killing animals, I think picking your meat at the grocery store seems to be alot less impressionable on someone then killing it yourself.
As a biologist I do not particulary like hunting and will never do it but I do realize that they are indeed the same in that both ways result in the killing of animals. We are just like all other omnivores and carnivores, we require meat/protein to remain healthy so theres no difference between a lion killing an antelope and a person killing a deer. So basically, I dont like hunting but I am not going to condone it either.
The only reason I get pissed is if the hunter kills the deer and doesnt do anything with it (eat it). Like I said we need protein just like any other animal but when someone just kills for the thrill and not nutrition, thats just wrong in my opinion.
This is just my opionion and everyone is entitled to their own so dont get offended by mine.

typical solcal attitude, i swear everytime i visit my cousin down in UCLA i cant walk ten feet without some fool handing me a PETA booklet.
Thats why i always carry beef jerky with me, if anyone wants a good prank to pull on a PETA recruiter, just pretend your listening to them and look interested then all of the sudden tell the person to hold on and pull some beef jerky outta your backpack and start eating while telling the guy to continue and you like what your hearing, the look on there faces is hilarious.
oh yea nice buck. I'm a firm supporter of humans killing and eating there own food, if everyone did that america wouldn't be the fattest nation in the world.

Hey, man. You ned to take a trip to a slaughter house to get a first-hand look at how those animals are "harvested" for that grocery store meat.
Hunting animals ensures their overall survival by keeping the numbers from inflating. If one species is allowed to overpopulate, it can kill off several other species. Like into extinction. Do you want that? Hunting and harvesting animals is a good thing. I don't do it much, don't care too much for it. But I understand and agree with it's purpose.

if you don't like hunting, that's fine, if you read the title of the thread, it says any taco owner's out there go hunting? bucks and trucks.
didn't see anything about complaining that hunting is messed up. deer have plenty of ammo to fight back with, they have thousands upon thousands of acres to hide in. acres that they know more about than we can ever hope to know. they have their noses, their eyes and there instincts. this gives them plenty of advantages over us. the ones that actually get shot don't always trust those instincts and it gets them in trouble.
do you have a taco? do you like it? do you realize that if there were no hunting that deer, ducks, squierrels(SP?), racoons, rabbits, beavers, turkeys, doves, pheasants, buffalo, you name it would be so overpopulated that you wouldn't be able to drive to work, you wouldn't have much of a yard.
i respect your opinion, i understand the argument, but in order for you to have some of the "freedoms" you have, animal populations have to be kept in check. do your research, find out how many vehicles were totaled and or damaged by wildlife last year in this country. you'll be suprised, i guarantee it.

^Not thwarting your effort, but, if all those species you listed were protected from harvest, they would not overpopulate the earth...they would simply die off from lack of food, water and shelter to go around. And, the species that those critters survive upon would also die off due to their place in the food chain and the demand for food. This includes plants, too.
