Save $ on BFG MT 265/75-16

Just thought I would share the good deal I got today at my local Sears...

Tirerack.com has the 265/75-16 on sale for $159.00

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....e1=yes&place=8

I printed out their pricing and took it down to my local Sears because they price match plus give you 10% of the difference. Sears has them listed for $208.96

They honored the $159.00 price plus gave me an addtional $5 off each tire. So I ended paying $154/each.

I like buying tires from Sears because most cities have one and they offer free rotations and balances for the life of the tire. My local Sears has good service techs and are very friendly. Hope some people out there can take advantage of a good deal!!!

How many miles can I expect from driving a mud tire on highway or "road" driving? Also, hows the traction? Thanks

^^^ I would say at least 30k-40k miles depending on your driving habits.

As far as traction they did great in the Pismo Sand Dunes deflated to 20 psi.

On street they're very good, noise is not obnixious...just a slight "hum." I really don't have any complaints.
