Like to hear what you have to say

Maybe the stars are just lined up wrong. Possibly the fact that the friggin Yankees beat the Red Sox for the second night in a row. It could be that people just don't give a shit anymore.

What's bothering me you ask? It is the fact that I am tired of trying to figure out someone's question when I have to spend so much time trying to read their questions or comments.

Has the proper use of punctuation, grammar, and spelling just gone to shit in a handbag?

We all share a common thread here - that being owner's of Tacomas. An incredible amount of useful information is shared here. I have learned so much more about my vehicle than I could have only by driving and tinkering with it on my own.

I know that the forum members cross a wide age, financial, professional, educational, and regional spectrum. The knowledge level is unbelievable.

I don't mean to come across as the English Nazi - just venting this evening. I would be interested in hearing what you have to say (yikes!).

Flame away!

You spelled common wrong....

On a serious note, I see where you're coming from.

Just a friendly note, Common is spelled with an O not an A. I just thought someone complaining about the proper usage of grammar and spelling would use spell check.

you also spelled spectrum wrong

Your sentence that starts with "possibly" is a sentence fragment (poor grammar)

you spelled trying wrong

The proper term is "to hell in a hand bag"

Go whine about your own grammar and spelling first before complaining about others

"tiring to figure out"

"comman"

"that being owner's of Tacomas" ...see below

~The apostrophe has three uses: 1) to form possessives of nouns, 2) to show the omission of letters, and 3) to indicate plurals of letters

G-forcex! You rock! I am glad to see that you took the extra step to validate your response in correcting me. I'm serious!

Man, I am happy to see that there sharp minds out there this evening. This is the type of post that I was looking for. Sure beats getting drunk over a damn baseball game. Thanks guys.

Great point. It is like trying to get information out of my 11 year old. Just cut to the chase and get to the point.

Another thing. The "search" button works wonders.

And another thing. If I see one more thread on "What's your MPG?" I'll scream! It is a TRUCK! If you wanted great mileage you should have bought a Vespa.
