Two Wheel Drive....LIFTED????? Y?????

Can someone please tell me why I keep seeing 2WD Taco's with fake 4X4 mud flaps and lifted? What's the purpose? Show??? That's a waste of a lot of money to raise a truck and not be able to use it.

well a lifted locked 2wd with some good tires will get you through some hairy stuff, I bought a 4wd because i needed it and could afford it. I think alot of people lift 2wd because it still does look cool, so its their money so why not let them

the fake 4x4 flaps is probably just around your area.
