Drove a Tundra this morning.

While my taco is in the shop, they gave me a brand new 07 tundra double cab v8 to drive for a few days. It has a pretty smooth ride for a large truck, plenty of power and a whole lot of room. Over all it is very nice! I believe my taco is more plush on the inside. The tundra seems to have a lot of cheap looking plastic. It was a nice surprise this morning when the enterprise guy told me I was getting an new 07 tundra to drive. We are getting a small snow storm in the NE right now so hopefully I will be able to test it out in some slippery conditions. This thing is larger than I anticipated, but I could get used to it. Not enough to give up my taco though. I look forward to testing it out for a few days.

I got the same impression when i test drove a tunrda trd last week, the interior is way more roomy but looks really cheap. Compared to our tacomas it looks like a lexus compared to a chevy. Other then that i really loved the truck! The one i drove was white with a trd intake and exhaust. Sounded really good. I really loved that truck, but wouldent buy 1 just because fuel prices are up there and my buddys 07 sux a tun of gas.

An employee of mine scraped the back fender flare with the company van. Not a whole lot of damage, but enough to piss me off. Needless to say, he lost his driving privileges on campus. Should have it back Friday.
