When is the Tacoma going to recieve a restyle?

I have a 4 cylinder reg cab 2005 tacoma, and I have been thinking about buying a new TRD Sport. My only concern is, that a update to the truck is right around the corner. I know that from the 95 1/2 to 2004 tacoma, it was every few years they were doing some exterior change. Even though the changes were usually minor, I would hate to buy a 08 and have a new style come out and make my truck look old. Anyword on a update to the tacomas??????????????????

Lets just hope that the Taco doesn't end up looking like that mutt-ugly concept thats been shown lately....and lets scrap the hokey wheel openings.... let Chevy keep them on their little truck !

I think the redesign will be for the 2010 model year....IMO. could be wrong though....... they're due for some new color options, rim choices and maybe a front end change.... I'm waiting til then too....

maybe they'll have a diesel option!!!!!!

AGREED, probably one of the most visually unappealing vehicles Ive seen in a while. Makes me want to vomit on the entire A-bat Design teams shoes.

WRONG!!!!!!!!

All ridgelines look like S*&T. Cant stand em.

For whatever reason whenever I see that style of truck (ie. ridgeline, avalanche, cadallac) makes me want to push my eyes into my skull.

I read somewhere that the new body style will be coming out next year. I also read that toyota will change truck body styles completely every 3-4 years from now on. ..........wish I could remember where I read that.
