They got reformed in to the General Forum. No one was posting in the correct forum even after one month they got divided up and we mods had to move threads to their correct sub-forums.
It was too hard for some people to figure it out i guess..

So let me get this straight: you realized that all the sub forums were not such a great idea? Or did I get that wrong?

I say bahh, to all the TN members who could not nav the sub forums, I was into the way you could nav through diff forums and find what you are looking for, should have kept it the way it was and, just deleted any thread which was posted in the wrong forum. JMHO.......

Apparently that did not work too well. I heard rumors of the "Fumoto Drain Valve Forum" crashing the server because of too much traffic.

No, you got that wrong. The subforums was a great idea. Lazy cry babies just refused to make it work.
Cool! Same result, though, whatever you call it!

Most of the post that were there. Got there because the Mods moved them.
I guess people prefer this one stop shop layout.
we'll see?
True, that's what I've seen after the first day. 2 people in the tire forum, 100 in the general forum. I think it's good we got back to what it was. It just works better, at least for most of the people.

Sub-forums was an excellent idea. If you go to any other forums, lets say customtacos.com, they have sub-forums too. Soooo much easier to be able to find the correct info in the right section. Jeez, make me a mod and have the ability to move threads, I'll be willing to do it.

X2. like I said you should have just deleted the threads posted wrong, guess maybe that would be to much work for you MODS!
Kind of funny to me, people can work the computer but, they can't figure out how to use TN, with sub forums..

Yeah, how about the "I want to be a mod" forum? We could have that one even with the lack of all the other sub forums? I am sure more mods would save ANY problem!!!!

please. i don't understand how the majority can't rule... it was a clumsy piece of shit design that was a step backwards for the site.
i'm glad it's back to the way it was-not because i don't like change or because i'm to "lazy" but because it's a better design.
